Rates & Templates
It can be hard to find clear rates and working conditions for all the types of work in the commercial industry. We summarise it all and provide template contracts and pencil hold documents for our members to use to protect themselves.
We hold community meets where anyone can come to ask us advice or have a chat. In the future we also plan to hold more networking, workshops & annual get togethers for the indusutry.
WhAT WE DO
Advocacy & Support
Sadly, it is inevitable that sometimes our Terms & Conditions are not met and provide a team of Case Managers to support our members and provide them any advice or intervention required.
We keep our ear to those working in the industry to stay on top of the most prevalent issues. CAP THE PENCIL, our COVID relief fund and the DN Terms & Conditions are all previous success stories of our work.
We work with many colleges, universities and training intensives to educate and empower the next generation of dancers to uphold the same standards that we are pushing for all working dancers today.
Becoming a dancer
Our education bank will offer knowledge from industry professionals on many different areas. In particular it will offer advice on becoming a dancer, building a brand and maintaining your health and wellbeing in the process

Sustainability for professional dancers being able to live working in the industry is our mission, but sustainability for us means a lot more too.​Working with Ecologi we plant trees for every dancer who signs up with us, and even more every time you renew.​The entertainment industry is not always the most considerate to the environment and this is our little way of countering that.​​If you want to learn more about Ecologi, set up a personal plan or learn more about the reforestation projects they work on, click the button below
